Vivo Energy South Africa have an exciting opportunity for an E-Learning Training Developer Intern to join our team! This position is suited for someone who has completed a Web Development or Graphic Design qualification. This person will perform various administrative and digital content development tasks in order to support our Learning amp; Development strategy. The responsibilities include developing e-learning content and administrating the company's learning management system. - Design, develop amp; deploy digital training content.
- Project manage content development tasks amp; projects.
- Write amp; storyboard learning interactions.
- Change manage amp; maintain content.
- Administrate amp; maintain Vivo Energy's Learning Management System.
- Engage amp; support various stakeholders across Vivo Energy with regards to e-learning requirements.
- Engage and interact with project stakeholders and meet set deadlines.
- Extract and provide learning analytics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree, National Diploma, Certificate in Web Development, Graphic Design or Digital Content Development.
- Knowledge of traditional learning theories.
- Knowledge of online pedagogy.
- Knowledge of learning amp; content management systems.
- Knowledge of SCORM authoring tools (Adobe Captivate amp; Articulate 360) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of front-end web development languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) is advantageous.
- Good understanding of internet browser technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, MS Word amp; Excel).
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written amp; interpersonal).
- Creative, enthusiastic, well organised with a positive attitude.
- Driven, attention to detail, excels under pressure.
The incumbent will be required to work in line with our hybrid working policy, consisting of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
