Account Manager (Project Manager):
- Responsible for leading and managing the task execution of executive search assignments/recruitment and delivering projects against Client’s requirements
- Managing and leading a team consisting of Administration Support and Research Support to execute search assignments/projects (5 Employees)
- Managing the research/recruitment team and allocating project resources in order to ensure assignments are successfully completed
- Provide Subject-matter Expert advice on recruiting markets; best in class practices; competitive trends and innovation
- Managing and executing research assignment/recruitment projects which includes but not limited to:
- Taking a brief
- Research, mapping industries and potential candidates, enticing and approaching
- Competency Based Interviews
- Report writing
- Client Presentations and research/market insights
- Conducting Psychometric Assessments and providing feedback
- Client Engagement and other stakeholder management
- Reference checking, ITC and qualifications check
- Remunerations negotiation
- Placement
- Utilising and updating candidate database
- Managing client and candidate expectations
- Providing talent management solutions to Stanton Chase clients
- Identifying, mapping and targeting specified talent pools
- Identifying present organisational talent (High potential individuals) coaching and developing them for retention and succession planning
- Identifying and attracting critical skilled and capable candidates and filling specified talent gaps
- Providing advisory services outlining transformation (BEE) requirements
- Attracting and retaining talented equity candidates
- Continuously engaging and building networks with talented individuals (keep warm) for employment opportunities in the future
- Providing career counselling and coaching services to talented, skilled professional candidates
Human Resource Business Partner Activities
Support towards the internal organisational strategy through consulting, projects, Executive search & recruitment, performance management, business development, change management, induction, training and development, coaching and mentoring, staff management, diversity management, organisational development and stakeholder management.
