We are looking for a Portfolio Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. The Portfolio Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Global IM Central Portfolio Delivery team with key tasks and activities pertaining to Portfolio Finance, Governance and Compliance and Resource Management. The required candidate would need to present abilities and experience in financial processing as well as having excellent interpersonal skills, as working within a bigger delivery team is key to the success of the role.
Responsibilities
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- PMO governance on site which includes tailoring of projects.
- Accurately track and report progress to the Senior stakeholders.
- Identify, analyse and manage IM integration requirements / opportunities.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Developing project strategies.
Requirements
- Project Management certification Prince II Foundation
- SAP experience
- +5 years’ experience in a global IT environment
- Good Financial background of general accounting principals
