We are looking for a qualified Digital media specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using media and digital tools. If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts and blogs, this position is for you. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Establish company graphic design documentation
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Create and implement digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, podcasts)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with other team members to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Requirements
- Solid knowledge Word Press and all social media platforms
- Experience not required, however a portfolio of work done to be submitted with application
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field (Part time student applicants may apply)
- Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
- Self driven and motivated
Must have own laptop, transport, mobile and access to connectivity.
Benefits
4 month contract. Expectation of maximum 4 working hours a day.
A basic salary of R2500 per month.
Commission offered.
