About the role:


I’m looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our current AM team, to provide our assigned customers and sales teams with assistance. You will be assisting our sales team with developing sales and pricing plans, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and conducting research to identify new sales leads.


This is a BIG OPPORTUNITY to get in with a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency. You will have support getting on board, and someone will train you and guide you. We would like to see your progress and proactive attitude while working for us.

We have team members all over the world, and you would need to work in the US time zones.

This is a Full-Time Remote position.


Please note that you’ll be joining a fast pace and high-achieving team. You’ll be held to high expectations and challenged. And you’ll also be supported in your growth in this role professionally as well as personally.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Experience with digital marketing is a plus but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field is a plus
  • Takes initiative to solve problems BEFORE asked
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn from constructive feedback


Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Providing ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the sales team
  • Informing new and existing customers of promotions and our offers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans
  • Reporting to sales manager as required
  • Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records
  • Working on different tasks (if needed)
