About the role
We are seeking a Software Support consultant who will be dedicated to supporting our customer-base in the Middle East. Someone who has excellent customer relations and writing skills to join our team in our Cape Town office.
Candidates should have experience in a software support role preferably an accounting, property, or facilities management package. Candidates should be able to speak and write proficiently in English as well as computer literate (all relevant internet browsers and the Microsoft Suite of products) and have excellent telephone etiquette.
Key Responsibilities
• Phone, email, and online support to our global client base of platform users to effectively and efficiently resolve their queries in a professional and timely manner, escalating to the Support Team Leader where necessary.
• Training of our customers on the software platform, providing step by step guides, tips, and tricks to assist our users
• Identify and articulate technical issues and escalate to the development team
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers, quality assurance, and product owners) to troubleshoot and identify system solutions
Other duties the role includes:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical training reference material, video tutorials and user manuals
• Documenting technical issues and resolutions and sharing information across the team

We are looking for people who would be able to work across the Middle-East time zone, from 6:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
