Are you:
- An inspired graduate or university student interested in establishing a career as a Property Practitioner in South Africa?

- Acquire full and in-depth understanding of all legal processes, documents, and property transaction requirements, including the sales process from Mandate to the Offer to Purchase;
- A tailored, in-house training programme for a period of 3 months, combined with practical experience and exposure to best equip you for the field
- Potential to earn commission from your first day!
Requirements
- Must have a reliable car
- Must have your own laptop with WIFI/LTE capabilities
- Must have a cellphone
- Be passionate and curious about real estate - this is a full-time role;
- Be open-minded and keen to work creatively to disrupt the industry with us;
- Be a hard-working and motivated individual
- Be tech-savvy or open to learning to use new technologies
- Have strong negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills;
- Be a great communicator - both verbal and written;
- Have exceptional attention to detail;
- Training will be office based - Based in Randburg;
- Position is commission only
Advantageous- Matric, Diploma, Degree or 1 year or more real estate experience in the residential property market
- Proficient with social media tools, with marketing knowledge or an interest in marketing
- Data-driven and with the ability to interpret data;
