Technical Solutions Review Board (TSRB) Administrator - 4 month contract

The TSRB Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the Technical Solutions Review Board architecture governance forum. Support the chair of the TSRB to manage the review and approval process, maintain meeting minutes and agendas, and manage document repositories.

• Drive requests for TSRB approval of designs through the process
• Maintain TSRB approval board (Azure DevOps)
• Issue design templates to requesters
• Manage and maintain design document repositories (iServer and Sharepoint)
• Schedule TSRB meetings, take minutes and manage agendas
• Ensure the timely review of documents and responses to questions/comments
• Produce reports amp; analysis on TSRB review process amp; KPIs
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with PowerBI/dashboards
• High level understanding of IT terms and concepts
• Experience using Microsoft Sharepoint and Teams for collaboration
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills (Desirable)
