We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our global team as an Apprentice within our Global Project Management capability. The Project Operations Apprenticeship is an eight week training program focused on developing top-tier, digital marketing professionals. It is not an internship. Rather, it is a full-time position that offers recent college graduates or those new to the industry intensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship as newly minted digital marketing professionals.

The Project Operations Apprenticeship teaches the principles of digital marketing and helps develop strategic thinking, as well as technical and soft skills. Candidates are integrated into teams while working on assignments.

The program offers a focused approach for Project Operations as part of the Global Project Management team and you will be trained to execute core Project Control processes across a broad range of Jellyfish products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams
  • Develop a good understanding of particular Jellyfish Products and how they operate
  • Develop a good understanding of JF core tools and key project control processes
  • Be reactive to ad-hoc requests and proactive against a structured workflow
  • Work responsibly within the hours allocated per client and constantly communicate this with relevant team
  • Complete and maintain required certifications
  • Independent of planned learning material provided by Jellyfish, extra reading on relevant subject matter including blogs and industry white-papers may be required
  • Support the company's corporate culture including adhering to established ethical and brand standards
  • Show that you have the potential to become a key team member who sets an example to colleagues
  • Achieve continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish’s practices and methods
  • Regularly demonstrate measurable success
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of Jellyfish’s products and services

Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Structured and methodical working habits, with the ability to cope with competing demands and to effectively prioritize tasks
  • An organised approach with an appreciation for core Project Management practices
  • Accurate recording of daily time and performance of all other admin duties according to company regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in any work produced
  • Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
