Purpose

We are looking for a Prioritisation Planning Manager situated alongside the product team to manage and prioritise any initiatives raised by stakeholders outside of the product team and do not feature on product roadmap. This person must be eager to coordinate the multiple initiatives raised and manage the feedback to stakeholders accordingly on the priorities. This person will work alongside the product team and will liaise with all other stakeholders in the company including sales, marketing, operations, finance and partnerships. This is an important role as this person will serve as gatekeeper to the product roadmap and will filter requests in a seamless and considerate manner.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Manage the prioritisation planning register.
  • Own and manager several productivity tools in the product organisation.
  • Work with the Product Managers to produce the monthly Product Report.
  • Analyse, review, and document priorities as they are registered.
  • Provide operational support by implementing monitoring and automation alerts of the priorities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and analysis of the priorities.
  • Attend and/or facilitate weekly progress meetings.
  • Performs ad hoc project administration duties and responsibilities as assigned and required by the VP of Product.

Requirements of the Role

  • 5+ years’ experience as an administrator with experience in prioritisation planning
  • Have a good track record as a delivery manager, and manage stakeholder exceptions
  • Knowledge and Abilities
  • Strong analytical skills are beneficial
  • Track record with a similar role
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Project Online amp; JIRA advantageous
  • Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment
  • Must have strong work ethic with good time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
