Purpose
As a Web Developer, you will be joining an agile team of versatile developers who are passionate about the products they build. We enable our clients to seamlessly transact and engage with their customers (on a global scale via channels like WhatsApp, Google RCS, Apple Business Chat, etc).
You will be developing user centric solutions for the administration portal of the core messaging platform of Clickatell. You will play a vital Web Applications Development role where you will convert business requirements into functional deliverables.

Responsibilities of the Role
- Work with an awesome team of developers, designers, and product managers to implement the next range of internal tools and external features for clients.
- Be part of and actively contribute to an Agile/Scrum team that works together to become a high-performing team in delivering world-class technology solutions.
- Utilising Angular for development and maintenance of user interfaces and client-side web applications on our commercial and internal platforms.
- Play a vital Web Applications Development role where you will take the designs created and converting them into functional deliverables.
- General system maintenance to improve the structure and maintainability of the platform.
- Support applications while working with on-site and remote development teams.

Requirements of the Role
- 3+ years of software development experience with Angular, HTML/CSS/JS
- Diploma in Information Technology, BTech (IT), B.Sc. Computer Science, or equivalent
- Work Experience
- Experience with various Angular frameworks: Symfony 2, Laravel, Zend, Proprietary
- Experience with Angular/HTML/JS/CSS, Bootstrap, and other component libraries
- Experience with Git, GitLab or other Source Control Management tools
- Experience with integration of data from various back-end services and databases
- Experience with various dependency management tools: Composer, Bower, NPM
- Familiarity with Test automation, unit tests and functional tests an advantage
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services), Jenkins, JIRA an advantage

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Analytical, organised and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to take on responsibility, ownership and be accountable.
