Our agents are responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, conducting property valuations, signing sales mandates, building professional relationships, and negotiating successful transactions.

Leadhome Properties’ agents responsibilities include:
- Manage your own diary and attend all valuation and viewing appointments;
- Demonstrate you are an expert in your specific area;
- Gain and grow exponential market share in your area;
- Provide excellent assistance and professional advice to both buyers and sellers;
- Thoroughly understand Leadhome’s value proposition in the market and how technology drives our business so we can deliver an excellent client experience;
- Be fully technology and data savvy and continuously keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, skills and applications to support the business and your clients;
- Maintain a full and in-depth understanding of all legal processes, documents and property transaction requirements , including Sale Mandates and the Offer to Purchase;
- A team player, part of a high-performing team working, collaboratively;
- Attend and participate in crucial weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings within Leadhome Properties.

- Professional degree (Bachelor of Laws, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Valuations, or similar) or 3 years+ estate agency experience
- (EAAB NQF Level 4 or 5 qualified advantageous)
