Job Description

Dentons is currently recruiting an Interim Global Finance Transformation Change amp; Communications Analyst; to support the implementation the Global Finance Transformation (GFT) Program. This position will report to the Global Finance Transformation Change Manager, and work closely with Global process and implementation teams and Regional change teams as well as engagement with key stakeholders, to ensure successful adoption of the new ways of working and the implementation of a new practice management system of 3E.

The finance transformation program is a truly global program designed to transform Dentons' finance function into the business partnering function of the future. It will support the business by offering real business insight, efficient and effective processes while maintaining the necessary compliance and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Global Finance Transformation Change Manager to develop and execute the global change, communication amp; engagement plans
  • Focusing specifically on understanding, translating and communicating the finance and accounts team specific impacts of the 3E implementation
  • Development of a global change management toolkit to support regions in delivery of their regional change activities in-line with the global change management approach
  • Collaboration with regional change management teams to deliver a globally consistent change management approach
  • Working in collaboration with Global Process Leads to develop creative collateral for, the 'A day in the life of' business engagement activity for the 3E program of work, focusing specifically on the finance amp; accounts teams as the target audience
  • Working with the Global Finance Transformation Change Manager to develop the Change Management Toolkit for regional delivery

Key deliverables

Creation and maintenance of the Global Change Impact Assessment for the 3E program of work focusing specifically on the finance and accounts team specific impacts of the 3E implementation

About You

  • Experienced in successfully delivering business change
  • Business international level of English both written and oral
  • Able to work in a global environment, accommodating different cultures and time zones
  • A highly collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Particularly strong written communication skills
  • Ability to understand complex financial amp; technical processes and translate them into user friendly language
  • Be able to thrive when multi-tasking and working under pressure
  • Responds to challenges and issues as they arise, taking ownership for delivery
  • Experienced user of MS Office suite, ideally including MS SharePoint amp; MS Teams

Essential experience or qualifications

  • 3 years in delivering change management or a change management qualification e.g Prosci
  • Experience of the legal industry
  • Multinational finance operations or finance transformation programs, ideally implementing Elite 3E finance systems
  • Creative communications experience using multi-media formats
