Job Description

As a Support Lifestyle Manager you will be fulfilling Centurion Travelling requests (limousine, VIP and valet parking services) on behalf of high net worth members. You will be responsible for completing reissues and refunds for our Travel Lifestyle Managers as well as handling all traffic that is coming through the BSP Link. Therefore, you are responsible for handling ADM and ACM investigations and communication to the relevant parties. In addition to the mentioned responsibilities you will support our Finance Team in completing the open folder balances and reconciling tasks and update our accounting tool with ticketing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and setting up of confirmations of Centurion Travelling requests using PPP, Amadeus, Tenmaid and TTS.
  • Preparation of tailor-made offers outside of the Centurion Travelling program, preparation of travel programmes in Amadeus.
  • Handling reissues and refunds as per direction of our Travel Lifestyle Managers of flights in Amadeus and BSP Link.
  • Handling ADMs and ACMs investigations and disputes (before and after billing).
  • Assisting Finance Department with travel related finance tasks (e.g. open balances, reconciling)
  • Rail bookings
  • Handling of online MR flight bookings

Requirements

  • Preferably well-travelled with a good international understanding of different destinations, especially within Switzerland and Europe
  • Experienced with Amadeus or other GDS system a must incl. Ticketing knowledge (refunds, reissues)
  • A passion for travel with extensive experience in the industry
  • In depth knowledge of industry regulations and operating licences such as IATA and BSP which you apply accurately in your day to day work
  • Outstanding and in-depth knowledge of the airline industry, policies and fare structures.
  • Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets
  • Passion for delivering high quality personalised support and have excellent research skills
  • Adaptability to an evolving business and think globally at all time
  • Initiative and creativity in their work to ensure the needs of our members are met and exceeded at regularly
  • Sound commercial judgment.
  • Proficient/fluent in English, German language skills are a plus but not a must
