A vacancy has arisen for a Jobbing Sales Consultant for the Rentokil Initial Pinetown Business Unit. Preference will be given to suitable applicants in line with the Company Normalisation Policy.
- Visit and effectively maintain and find opportunities for Jobbing on existing portfolio
- Drive product sales to all customers
- Utilise Rise methodology to understand customer and to shift client to a decision point.
- Conduct necessary surveys, attend audits, IO drawings to be completed
- Facilitate MyRentokil training with Customers
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and submit timeously.
- Jobbing consultant to offer a comprehensive solution for birds, fumigation, termites, heat, SPI’s, casual intruders (Pest), cater clean and AHT (Initial).
- Ensure needs of client are fulfilled and meet the company standards.
- Meeting administrative deadlines.
- Meet and exceed jobbing targets per month (Targets to be discussed at interview stage)
- Jobbing consultant to develop a detailed explanation of survey done and offer a solution that will be offered on Qamp;A.
- Jobbing Consultant to ensure that customer is confident to buy from a detailed and comprehensive plan again (Qamp;A).
- Qualify 30 prospects per week average of (20K per week).
- Ensure quality pest/cater clean/AHT survey is done/quality solution is offered at all times.
- Jobbing consultant must have the ability to identify different pest/cater clean and AHT needs plus all possible effective solutions.
- Tracking all KPI’s and other planning and reporting tools (DSP, Advantage)

Requirements
- Matric
- Industry experience will be an advantage
- HACCP Experience and Customer audit requirement knowledge
- A minimum of 5 years in field selling experience with proven track record
- Above average communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal)
- Numeric acumen
- Computer literate
- Business acumen
- NCPC or P Number would be advantageous
