I appreciate you considering this job position as our YouTube channel manager! This is a fully remote role and our team is located all over the world.
This position is a mix of video editing, marketing, and project management. You’ll be managing a small team of editors as well.
Linx Digital is an agency and coaching company that helps businesses with YouTube Advertising. Our YouTube channel provides immense value to our community and generates leads for our business.

What are the Job Responsibilities ?
1. Analyze and keep a pulse on which kind of content is resonating with Linx’s Youtube Channel Audience.
2. Come up with new ideas to implement in the Youtube Channel to improve watch time, CTR, subscriber growth and views.
3. Project manage video editors to ensure optimal video quality of videos posted on the Youtube Channel.
4. Being responsible for the human resources part of the equation:
5. Creating high CTR thumbnails and titles.
6. Uploading videos to the Youtube Channel everyday and making sure to use SEO optimization to maximize chances of ranking for keywords.
7. Creating promotion material for Youtube videos optimized for Facebook and Linkedin.
8. Project management of video editors in order to get tasks done related to Linx’s internal marketing ecosystem. This includes video ads, VSL videos, course videos and more.

One of the great parts about our company is for A players to get promotions in completely different parts of the business.
