Project Managers are cool and calm under pressure. They have exceptional project management skills and are responsible for delivering projects on time and in budget. As a PM, you enjoy building relationships with clients and are able to manage their expectations and still achieve exceptional standards of service delivery.

PMs are curious and not afraid to ask why. You have the courage to be open and direct with others, express your own point of view in a respectful manner and are confident when handling the occasional, tense interaction. As someone who’s very comfortable working with agile methodologies you will help to drive continuous improvement and find new and creative ways to improve processes, products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the on-time delivery of projects according to the specified scope and quality requirements
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile) to manage projects.
• Implement appropriate project governance.
• Analyse and report on process performance and risk, to identify improvement initiatives.
• Document and deliver project deliverables.
• Manage project team to deliver objectives of the project.
• Document and facilitate project close-out activities for handover to clients.

• Manage project budgets.
• Perform work activities in a way that limits cost.
• Compile proposals and quotes for projects.

• Analyse relevant business intelligence to identify, justify through business cases, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for clients.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Develop trust relationship with client
• Establish brand with clients.

• Manage the adoption of process improvement initiatives.
• Management and co-ordination of Project Streams, to comply with an overall Project Objective

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degrees and/or Advanced Diplomas

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degrees with Honours and/or Advanced Diplomas

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar environment
