Job Description

Bangers amp; Mash is a global digital agency that specializes in creative execution (we are proudly the first and only official Snapchat Augmented Reality Lens Creator in Africa), and paid media buying and management. We have taken our years of experience in the field and built a sales division that builds both paid and organic social and digital experiences for brands that have real business impact.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented junior Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary administrative support to the Bangers amp; Mash Sales Team.

As a pre-sale, client-facing role, the Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team to find and facilitate new client opportunities, to maximise their sales growth and the overall Bangers amp; Mash business development. We are looking for a candidate that has some experience dealing with client accounts - any existing network of industry contacts will be beneficial.

A successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike pre-sale, by prospecting, providing feedback, documentation, and information.

Requirements

  • CRM administration and upkeep (Hubspot Prior knowledge beneficial)
  • Prospecting, developing and tracking leads for the various services we provide, and connecting the Sales Team to more sales opportunities.
  • Generating and distributing client proposals and quotes
  • Assisting senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
  • Supporting the Customer Success team (account management post-sale) once clients are onboarding, and working with the internal Creative Team to ensure sales collateral is kept up to date and industry relevant.

Requirements:

  • Sales and/or Social Media Marketing experience,
  • Good computer literacy, specifically on Apple hardware and software:
    • The business runs off Google Workplace so experience on this system is beneficial, and
    • All business collateral is developed on iOS Keynote.
    • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and energy
