We are a thriving collection of highly skilled finance professionals based in London, Manchester, Bristol and Cambridge in the UK, and Cape Town in South Africa. We are blazing a trail, providing bespoke lending solutions to high growth, innovative and disruptive SMEs through growth loans, term loans and working capital facilities.
Since we opened in 2017, our busy Cape Town team has gained 30 high-performing, friendly and hard-working professionals. As a result of this exciting expansion, we now require the support of a dedicated, energetic and detail-focused team assistant to support our office manager and our people team. We don’t mind if this is a stepping stone for an aspiring administrative professional or a position for someone experienced who needs a busy role to fit into their established life. What’s important for us is to find someone diligent and focused, who thrives on fulfilling the needs of others and loves to deliver.
The role will include booking travel, ordering equipment for the team and setting up new office locations in the UK. However, there will be a lot more, with every day bringing another challenge. The ultimate aim is to provide our people and office management teams with all the administrative support required to enable them to succeed. The work is fast-paced and is all about taking care of details and deadlines. The successful candidate will truly thrive on building relationships, delivering to deadlines and getting involved wherever needed.
