As a Technical Recruiter for Move, you’ll be working with one of our high growth clients, typically in the creative and tech sectors. You’ll directly impact their growth trajectory by attracting and hiring top talent. We are looking for a multifunctional recruiter who is excited about helping our clients grow better via:

1. Data Integrity: thoughtful attention to detail in day-to-day operations
2. Focusing on Productivity: using data-driven feedback to produce higher quality results.

• Engage, nurture and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels and sources
• Drive the candidate evaluation process and manage offer delivery and negotiations

• Create an efficient and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback

Requirements

• Ideally experienced in tech, digital, product, UI/UX, creative recruitment
