Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and professional service desk dispatcher to act as our companies’ first point of contact for non-emergency and emergency calls. Successful candidate will ensure to be in charge of monitoring routes, transfer messages and direct to field units and also maintain call logs,
Responsibilities
Respond to queries related to deliveries and products
Manage and operate a multi line telephone console system.
Respond to issues and make follow up by liaising with the appropriate field units.
Organize and prioritise calls according to urgency.
Document important information and answer emergency and non-emergency calls
Use communication gadgets to direct crews in the field units to the appropriate sites.
Update and maintain call logs, like call records amp; other important documentation.
Monitor and supervise the route status of field units to prioritise their day to day schedule.






Requirements

Grade 12 / Diploma / Degree or any added e qualification
Minimum experience: 2-3 years. Without experience will be trained by our experience team.
Good communication and interpretation skills.
Strong knowledge of emergency procedures and processes
Proficient in MS Office packages with proven experience in data clerk
Able to work well under pressure.
