Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable junior personal assistant to provide administration support and personal secretarial function in a timely and well organised manner. Successful candidate will ensure work on a daily basses on various duties relating to communication and managerial work life.

Duties
Appropriately handle queries and requests
Work as the point of contact between the external, internal clients and the manager
Arrange travelling engagements
Ensure to source office supplies
Direct and Screen distribute correspondence and phone calls
Maintain and devise office filing system
Produce briefs, presentations and reports
Schedule appointments and meetings and manage diaries
Take accurate minutes and dictations

Requirements

Work experience proven as a personal assistant. Without experience but meet the requirement will be trained

Proficiency with MS Office packages and English
Knowledgeable of office procedures and management systems
Outstanding time management and organisational abilities
Be informed with latest office applications and gadgets
Excellent written and verbal communications abilities
Prioritise daily workload and able to multitask
Confidentiality and discretion
Excellent Grade 12
Personal assistant diploma, degree or related field is a added advantage
