Job Description

Real Estate Agents are responsible for signing sales mandates with clients, managing individual relationships, negotiating transactions, and referring work to partner companies or associations. Agents are responsible for their own specific geographical area. Agents work with our Principal and their team lead in a business unit. Our agents have access to the best technology, marketing, and support systems in the industry. We don’t have offices in expensive locations like traditional estate agencies, so we’re able to concentrate on delivering for the customer and rewarding the very best, most highly experienced, and customer focused professionals in the country.

Requirements

  • Professional degree (Bachelor of Laws, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Valuations, or similar) or 3 years+ Estate Agency experience (EAAB NQF Level 4 or 5 qualified would be an advantage)
