Job Description

The Global Campaigns Manager will be responsible for helping support the delivery of our go-to-market strategy by helping shape and deliver campaigns, as well as supporting key messaging and brand profile-raising initiatives. They will work with colleagues across the world to make sure ideas and products get the attention they deserve internally and externally. A strong all-rounder, they will manage campaign delivery across digital platforms, social media and traditional media and must be committed to measuring and delivering results. This is a challenging and interesting role that will involve being both hands-on and highly strategic.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to informing the selection and/or development of campaigns, and then:
    • Develop campaign plan
    • Write content where needed
    • Manage all aspects of promoting the content/campaign
    • Brief design and digital colleagues
    • Prepare digital and social media content
    • Create internal messaging and draft press releases
    • Provide sales toolkit
    • Determine CRM strategy and engagement
    • Organize webinars and similar and supporting initiatives to enhance the campaign
    • Present and deliver and promote personally the campaign to multiple internal stakeholders
  • Obtain insightful client and market/competitor research on trending topics/potential campaign concepts
  • Determine target audiences and monitor penetration of these audiences
  • Contribute to broader CRM strategy development
  • Develop campaign best practices
  • Optimize web content/support
  • Participate periodically in working groups to help improve the business development infrastructure
  • Train others on how to optimize campaigns leading by example and with case studies
  • Write award submissions for campaigns

About You

The person stepping into this role will have:

  • Very strong campaigns track record and experience (minimum 8-10 years) within an international professional services environment (ideally within the legal sector)
  • Experience of leading the management of complex, multi-service line, multi-jurisdictional campaigns and projects
  • Experience owning/developing campaign topics and content creation
  • A track record in measuring results
  • A clear understanding of the typical target audiences Dentons is trying to reach and the issues/challenges trending with Dentons’ target audience
  • Experience of influencing and engaging stakeholders, including building and managing relationships within a diverse global firm
  • Tactful and empathetic leadership and experience coaching others to achieve a focus on common goals
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands
  • Strong intellectual rigor and commercial awareness
  • Strategically focused, results driven and well-developed analytical skills
  • Business international level of English both written and oral
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are pre-requisites
