Job Description

The Product Design team is looking for an ambitious, proactive and passionate Marketing Web Designer - with the focus on CMS Development and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and shaping all things digital at Ten. You will be involved in the development of internal and new client web projects and will also work on the maintenance and development of existing projects.

This is an exciting role offering the opportunity to shape Ten’s content design capabilities globally and to join a fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate project tasks with the Global Marketing team and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Provide design and technology support for digital marketing campaigns, Ten owned and branded asset or client projects
  • Together with the Product design team, designing and building the website front-end.
  • Conducting website performance tests and monitoring the performance of the live website.
  • Troubleshooting content issues.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive knowledge and at least 5 year experience with WordPress and its main plugins and framework - including accommodating full user editability, complex layouts, and plugins that require theme customisation
  • Attention to details and able to follow brand guidelines
  • Good knowledge of prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
  • Good understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Have an active interest in web technologies, including marketing publishing tools such as Instapage
  • Knowledge of technical SEO aspects of websites and pages
  • Familiarity with issues in web design amp; development and accessibility is a plus.
  • Analytics skills: You know how to use tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Management, HotJar (or equivalent) to obtain and interpret data about the usage of a site, such as identifying where drop-offs occur and analysing the conversion rates.
