We’re currently looking for a new recruiter with a can-do attitude that can handle working in a fast-paced environment to keep up with Electrum’s rapid growth. The ideal candidate would not only have a black belt in multi-tasking but also be able to prioritise, be comfortable to work with multiple different teams and work well under pressure to deliver results.
Requirements
- Recruitment administration
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Work with the marketing team to prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates
- Screen candidates resume
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as best place to work"
- University degree/Diploma
- 1 + years IT recruitment experience (strong IT knowledge is essential)
- Proven track record of achieving monthly recruitment targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
