You will be in charge of building a global language strategy with the Lamp;D team and measure its success. You will provide a 360support, from writing materials, to supporting translation, from guiding 121 persons to delivering online mini groups classes for a multitude of employees with different levels and needs
Requirements
You are a qualified and experienced English Teacher within business environments.
You are passionate about :
- Develop a program of continuous progress consistent with the company goals and objectives to meet the needs, interests, and abilities of all learners.
- Analyse individuals and teams learning needs and personalise your support to fulfill them
- Plan, prepare and deliver online knowledgeable and exciting lessons
- Support learners improvements and develop their skills in reading, writing, spelling, and pitching
- Track the progress learners and use se data to analyze impact of your lessons overall Company strategy
- Mark and provide them personalised feedback
- Provide personalised guidance to learners involved in key stages of their career
- Support them to achieve and realise their aspirational goals
You are positive and have a strong enthusiasm. You have excellent oral and communication skills. You have the ability to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into your pedagogy.
