We currently require experienced nurses to provide their knowledge on injury claims due to negligence, advising on future risk, quality of life and possible future problems.
This role is challenging, rewarding and will utilize your medical knowledge and skill, while providing the warmth and comfort of an office. You must be comfortable switching from a role where you are on your feet and active to one at a computer reviewing information and documents, providing expert reports on legal malpractice cases.

Role Description
We support several law firms in the US who are in the process of advising on law suits relating to medical malpractice. To support these law firms, we are provided all the case material and information for us to review, understand and, provide a professional opinion of the process followed via a well written comprehensive report.
This report is used to inform the parties if there has been a breach in protocol, incorrect method, medicine or procedure followed which has resulted in further harm, discomfort or pain for the patient in question. With this information the law firm can decide what action to take moving forward.
This role requires reviewing of US medical records and long hours at a desk and requires strong medical knowledge as well as report writing.
Minimum requirements
Minimum 2 years in acute care (hospital medical surgical, intensive care, OR theatre, pre/post op units (pre anesthesia/post anesthesia)
Minimum 3 years clinical nursing expereince?
Basic understanding of risk management (legal implications as related to medical errors)
Preferable actively practicing at least part time, but if not, then within 2 years of not practicing
Strong English and report writing skills
