Job Description
Exigent has an exciting opportunity for Junior Legal Secretaries who have just graduated from college to join our energetic and skilled team. The business is growing rapidly due to our continued success and determination to deliver quality service and impact to the market. This all starts with hiring motivated and self-driven individuals, who wish to add value to themselves and a business.
Our clients demand two things: that all work is excellent and returned on time. If you are someone who works well under pressure, can think outside the box, embraces technology and wants to develop new skills, then please get in contact. We will be providing intensive training and so are offering a one-month training contract for successful applicants, followed by an assessment and interview, if successful at this second stage a permanent contract will be offered.
Duties:
- Document Production.
- Communication with our international clients
- Diary Management
- Filing (emails, documents)
- Reporting
- Formatting of legal documentation.
- Dictaphone typing
Requirements
Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
Must be able to deliver quality work in tight time frames.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of the English language.
Excellent communication skills.
Secretarial/Legal Secretarial Qualification.
