This opportunity is with a large, successful, international corporate organisation to support procurement and supply chain division.
Requirements
1. Qualifications/ Experience required:
- LLB amp; Admitted attorney
- Commercially minded and experience in similar role and organisation
- Insurance experience
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the procurement team with managing RFP processes;
- Engaging/ negotiating with suppliers to conclude the various agreements;
- Engaging with the in-house engineers to ensure that all specs and product requirements are correctly ‘translated to "legalspeak" and reflected in the agreements;
- Attending all meeting with providers and taking minutes;
- Finalising and managing performance of the agreements and general assistance and support.
