The chosen candidate will play a critical role in the evolution of our digital platform, responsible for the conceptualization, design and execution of compelling and effective digital assets that help drive acquisition and engagement as well as in the continued growth of our brand on social media/web.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Working with the marketing team and in partnership with the Content Manager and Lead Designer to conceptualise, produce and evolve Valenture’s social media presence
Working with the Content Manager to translate and all marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs
Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning, as well social media paid advertising creative including banners, landing pages and blog images.
Design social media layouts post as well as various other web and print projects.
Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
Research trends in digital design within our industry; present ideas and concepts for application of of-the-moment digital innovation to the broader team
Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
Photography editing and manipulation

Develop amp; maintain brand continuity across all projects and platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital design agency or inhouse web team for a product-driven business.
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design.
- Able to present concepts and lead ideas toward the correct solution.
- Experience in web marketing/web design with a knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, web design and development principles
- Experience designing e-commerce advertising
- Strong attention to detail
- High proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products.
- Ability to design between web and print.
- Strong typography and image layout skills.
