• Schedule English editorial services with English editorial editors and worldwide vendors.
• Troubleshoot workflow with English editorial editors, vendors, project managers and other schedulers.
• Project planning with English editorial editors, vendors, and other schedulers and project managers.
• Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.
• Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience.
• Interest in Film amp; TV Digital Distribution a plus.
• Customer Service experience a plus.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Able to handle high stress environment.
• Willing to undergo intensive training in a short period of time.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to continuously sit in an office chair
• Ability to operate and work in front of a computer in an office setting
