The Role
Network Operations, and more specifically the services management team is a dynamic, responsive and innovative team responsible for the well-being of the MFS Africa network of connected partners (mobile network operators, banks, money transfer organizations, merchants etc.).
As a senior technical member of the team, the Senior Operations Analyst will be key in the technical ability of the team to manage, optimize and continue to expand the fast-growing MFS Africa ecosystem and supporting the organization through a number of use-cases that MFS Africa offers to its partners.
The role requires a systems engineer candidate who is able to think laterally and uses all of their technical ability to tackle and resolve unique problems in a clear, analytical approach that leverages all of their previous technical experiences.
In this respect, MFS Africa seeks a self-motivated, energetic systems engineer for the role of Senior Operations Analyst. You will be working with the Head - Network Service Management and be part of Network Operations.
