About the Role

Partners in Performance has exciting growth ambitions over the next five years. This is one of two new roles we are currently hiring in our Capability Management Training team, that are focused on implementing new and innovative training solutions. This is a core priority for us as a firm, hence the addition of two new team members.

While you will have strong experience in developing first rate training materials, you won’t necessarily come from a traditional training / learning and development background. Rather than applying tried and tested tools and approaches you’re someone who will take what’s been done previously and look to see how we can build from that as a starting point. We need your expertise, but we are passionate about your ‘out of the box’ thinking, your drive to try new things, and your high level of comfort with ambiguity. Your natural curiosity to experiment drives you to create new opportunities and energises you to ‘roll your sleeves up’ to get stuff done.

This will be a busy role, one where you’ll have a lot of moving pieces to juggle, operating in a fast pace environment and virtual business model, while working with different cultures and across time zones.  You will work with a wide range of staff (at all levels) across the globe as well as your global team, so you must be comfortable in developing strong working relationships with all, no matter their role, seniority, or location.

This role has three distinct areas of focus to it:

 Enhance the firm’s global training programme to transform our offering, specifically to:
- Redefine the learning experience design and innovation landscape at PiP through a creative and self-motivated approach
- Transform our training to a best-in-class learning experience for live classroom, virtual classroom and on-demand learning, delivered throughout the year as well as annual training weeks for all regions (Summer Camp)

Lead standalone process improvements aligned to the department’s rolling six monthly priorities
 
As a valued member of our global team, deliver on our global business-as-usual responsibilities, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service is provided
 

About You

We are seeking an experience Training Specialist who will ooze credibility, professionalism and patience, to work with a wide array of stakeholders to drive your end deliverables. You will need the following;

·     Instructional design experience in digital learning
·     Experience in designing, testing and implementing micro learning solutions through their whole life cycle
·     Proven experience to drive process and systems improvement initiatives
·     Proven content management, including development, delivery and reporting ideally using the following systems: Netsuite, and UP Start
·     Enthusiastic, flexible can do attitude and team approach plus strong customer focus
·     Take personal responsibility and accountability
·     Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
·     Experience in designing, testing and implementing micro learning solutions through their whole life cycle
·     Attention to detail and quality assurance builds error-checking into own workflow
·     Demonstrated passion for results
·     Experience of working as part of a global, remote team in a virtual environment
·     High level of experience in Microsoft Office
