As a PIPer, you will be using data to identify insights and working directly with the client assisting them to implement these recommendations.
You will be forming root cause analyses to resolve day to day challenges and working with the client to drive behavioural change from the shop floor to C-suite.
To be a successful PIPer, you will be confident in presenting to and coaching our client stakeholders. Also, you’ll enjoy analysing/interpreting complex data and would have achieved a minimum of ‘distinction average’ in your academics, before moving into a career role that you’ve held for at least 3 years.
