RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join our client's team in PE. Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is committed to delivering high-quality products while ensuring efficiency and productivity in their operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data and conduct tests to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Train and mentor production personnel on process improvements and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Prior experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.
• Proficiency in process optimization and improvement techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience with process simulation software is a plus.
