RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our client's team. As a Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications
• Load and unload materials and ensure proper alignment
• Mix ink colors and adjust ink density as needed
• Monitor printing process to ensure quality and consistency
• Perform regular quality checks on printed materials
• Make adjustments to printing plates and machine settings as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operating issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses
• Excellent knowledge of flexographic printing processes and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and printing instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues
• Good mathematical and measurement skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required
