RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Drive Machinery Facilitator amp; Assessor to join our client's team. Our client is a leading training and development company in the industry, and they are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to facilitate and assess drive machinery training courses.

• Facilitate drive machinery training courses based on industry standards and client requirements
• Assess learners' performance and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with training and assessment policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized training programs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a facilitator and assessor in drive machinery training
• Relevant qualifications in drive machinery or a related field
• Assessor certificate (desired)
• Strong knowledge of drive machinery operations and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively facilitate and assess training sessions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
