Quantity Surveyor

Hire Resolve's Client in the construction industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor. They work closely with their Clients as committed partners for the duration of the project. Their sub contractors have worked with them for years, and they measure their success on the quality of their work and how well their building structures stand the test of time. The well suited candidate is responsible for da-to-day cost control, BOQ cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Requirements

• Cost control, BOQ Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting skills
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Knowledge of Construction materials, methods and regulations.
• CCS experience required

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• 7 years overall experience required
