We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Marketing team as an Email marketing specialist. If you are passionate about leveraging email campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact on our digital marketing efforts.
What are your daily responsibilities?
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Craft compelling and targeted email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
- Utilise segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver relevant content to different audience segments.
- Email Automation:
- Implement and optimise marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, drive customer retention, and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions for improving email campaign effectiveness.
- List Management and Segmentation:
- Manage and grow email subscriber lists through various channels while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Segment email lists based on user behaviour, demographics, and other relevant criteria to deliver highly targeted communications.
- A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns, including but not limited to subject lines, content, and CTAs, to optimise performance and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly analyse and report on the performance of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to implement innovative and effective email marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferable.
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce and Intercom is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- A positive attitude, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
