Auto24 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Finance and Insurance Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in facilitating finance and insurance solutions for our customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience throughout the purchasing process.
Duties amp; Responsibilities(but not limited to)
- Collaborate with customers to understand their financing, insurance or rental needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Guide customers through the financing and insurance application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure competitive rates and terms for customers.
- Educate customers on available financing, rental and insurance options, including warranties and protection plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to automotive financing and insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, insurance providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to financing and insurance.
Requirements
Experience amp; Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership working in finance and insurance.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in financial software and computer applications.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to continuously learn and grow.
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification (Degree or diploma)
- Must be able to perform against Targets
- NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAISCredits (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
- RE Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
- NCA Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
- CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
- COB Completed
- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
