Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable construction company based in Cape Town. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated financial resources.

Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Create and maintain project documentation, including bills of quantities and tender documents
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success
- Perform site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Prepare progress reports and assist with final account negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
