Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented Mechanical and Fire Engineer to join our client's team. Our client is a leading engineering consultancy that specializes in providing comprehensive mechanical and fire engineering solutions.
As a Mechanical and Fire Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing mechanical systems with a focus on fire safety and protection. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, adhering to relevant codes and standards.
Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical systems with a focus on fire safety and protection
- Perform calculations and simulations to assess the performance and reliability of mechanical systems
- Create detailed technical drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct fire risk assessments and develop fire engineering strategies
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
- Stay updated with industry advancements and changes in fire safety and mechanical engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fire Engineering
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Fire Engineer
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and fire engineering principles
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards related to mechanical and fire engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
