As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring their successful completion in line with client requirements.

• Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently
• Liaise with project stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Prepare progress reports and update project documentation
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and ensure adherence to relevant standards and specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Agent or a similar role in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
