Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager/Director to join our prestigious client's team. This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring their successful delivery and the achievement of project goals.
As a Senior Project Manager/Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop project strategies, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. You will be responsible for project planning, risk management, budget control, and ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. A strategic mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential in this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering complex projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budget management and financial control
- Flexibility to travel as required
