Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading organization in Cape Town to find an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to develop project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and manage any obstacles or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management
- Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Flexibility to travel as required
