Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage resources, timelines, and budgets
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage teams
- Ability to solve problems and make informed decisions
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Professional certifications in construction management are a plus
