Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Construction Industry

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a well-established construction company in Pretoria.

As a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for construction projects, managing costs, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather information and analyse data to determine project costs. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting bids, negotiating contracts, and managing changes in project scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and technologies
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
