As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our HR function and ensuring that our team members are supported and valued. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Implementing and administering HR policies and programs
- Managing recruitment and selection process
- Employee onboarding
- Payroll Processing
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations in South Africa
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Able to conduct organizational assessments, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address them
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior human resources management role
