As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences for individuals, contributing to the overall development of people globally both in CCi and within our clients. Your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and implement training programs that effectively address the learning needs of individuals. This involves collaborating with a range of different stakeholders in CCi globally, the role will involve facilitating, innovating and developing programs with subject matter experts, utilizing instructional design methodologies, and employing emerging technologies to create engaging learning experiences.

Strategically identify learning objectives, providing engaging people centered instructional design and content development:

  • Conduct thorough data analyses to identify learning objectives, target audience, and focused goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand target audiences training requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to build focused, role specific learning paths
  • Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) to create effective learning solutions
  • Design curriculum, course frameworks and storyboard learning activities with high impact training materials, and assessments aligned with learning objectives
  • Create engaging and interactive learning content using various tools and technologies
  • Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led presentations, job aids, and other training materials
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process using standard templates
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests, activities or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

Proactively drive Innovative Tech enabled integration:

  • Stay abreast and integrate emerging trends and best practices in learning technologies with instructional design e.g. consider the increasing usage of microlearning and mobile learning
  • Utilize and leverage capability of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to develop online courses
  • Drive integration of virtual and augmented reality for immersive learning experiences
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
  • Collaborate with multimedia designers, graphic artists, and other specialists as needed
  • Implement Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and track training programs

Develop Reach amp; Engagement initiatives:

  • Develop social learning platforms that facilitate discussion and engagement
  • Develop and deploy communication campaigns to drive participation in key learning activities

Effective Management of Content, quality standards and processes:

  • Maintain project documentation and course folders
  • Adheres to existing quality standards and guidelines when creating courses, using multimedia etc
  • Support subject matter experts on standards and guidelines to facilitate the creation of high quality e-Learning content where appropriate, especially regarding video filming and storyboarding etc
  • Update and revise training materials based on feedback and evolving needs
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures to capture standards and best practices
  • Implement Version Control of learning solutions

Evaluation of Effectiveness amp; Impact:

  • Emphasis on emerging data analytics to improve data credibility
  • Develop assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collect and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to make improvements
  • Leverage capability of internal systems (Articulate Rise, PowerBI) to gather feedback and evaluate reach and impact of learning solutions and implement improvements as required
